 Adults suffer from every type of stress, anxiety and problem known to humans. Gone are the days when are worst problems were being rejected for a game of tag on the playground. If adults were able to just deal with their own problems, many problems would be simple. Adult therapy focused on helping clients to balance their problems, desires, expectations and responsibilities.

If you have suffered with a problem for more than 6 months it is likely time for professional help. A loss of a spouse may take up to a year to feel “normal” again. If you’ve suffered for longer than that, it’s likely time to seek therapy.
